Our current drilling programs have been modeled after extensive research and significant success rates of operators in Northwest Kansas. We plan to lease 20,000 to 30,000 acres, shoot 3D seismic over the subject leases, and to drill and develop the intended seismic features. Each area of interest has been researched and mapped in order to determine the most likely area where seismic feathers have the greatest probability for porosity and permeability development. Our current program commenced in late 2011. In our AMI is a list of wells drilled and completed with the total barrels sold through April 2014 totaling over 135,000 Barrels of Oil. Our extensive 3D seismic analysis in this part of Kansas has resulted in 1/3rd of the acreage being condemned (declared unproductive) with ½ of the remaining acreage being successfully developed. Based on our recent drilling history in this area, 16,667 to 33,334 acres should be productive with 27 to 60 initial productive wells not including the direct offsets.
